By other uses, we mean individual utilities of commercial, artisanal or industrial activities, agricultural, public agencies, construction site use, irrigation use, fire-fighting use, industrial/production use, professional studio use, or livestock utilities (use for the sole and exclusive service of livestock activities supplied through private internal systems)
