In the App you will find a lot of useful information about your account. To access all the App features you need to be registered on the Online Help Desk.
How do I register? Go to the Online Help Desk section. We advise you to have a bill handy because you will need your customer code. The main features are:
- News: receive updates;
- User Profile: check your personal data;
- List of utilities: see your utility list;
- Water quality: check the quality of the water in your town, in accordance with the resolution AEEGSI 586/2012;
- Meter reading: view the records of your meter readings and communicate your meter readings via photometer;
- Bills: view the records of your bills and check payment status;
- Contacts and info: Free Customer Service number, Free emergency assistance number, front desk hours.
