Information for the processing of personal data addressed to Users pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679.

The legislation, European and national, provides that, depending on the purpose of processing, the owner must provide the data subjects, prior to processing, with the information required by the rules. This is done through the information notice.

The information is a communication addressed to the person concerned aimed at informing him about the purposes and methods of data processing carried out by the owner of the treatment, and also to allow the person concerned to make a valid consent, if necessary. It is a condition, not so much of the respect of the individual right to be informed, as of the duty of the data controller to ensure the fairness of the treatment.
