1. New Account

When you apply for a supply connection you will be contacted by our technicians for a visit to agree upon the modality and position of the meters. Calling the free number 800.017476. A cost estimate will be sent via mail; after receipt of payment we will proceed with the connection work to the drainage well ready for the meter. The meter will be installed at a later time after the contract signature.

2. Contract with meter installation

Household Accounts
The required documents:

  • ID card and fiscal code
  • Copy of the building permit or self certification of the statutory declaration or copy of another utility bill for the same household (telephone, electricity, gas)
  • Cadastral data of the building (they must be provided within 20 days from the delivery of the contract)
  • Proxy statement if the person signing the contract is not the recipient

For commonhold residential developments, the undersigned must be the administrator.

Business and Non Household Accounts
For non household accounts, the contract will have to be signed by the legal representative or authorized delegate.
Required documents:

  • ID card of the business owner or legal representative
  • Copy of the Chamber of Commerce registration certificate or Certificate of Incorporation
  • Copy of the building permit or self certification of the statutory declaration or copy of another utility bill for the same household (telephone, electricity, gas)
  • Cadastral data of the building (they must be provided within 20 days from the delivery of the contract)
  • Proxy statement if the person signing the contract is not the recipient

For zootechnical purposes, you will have to provide the Chamber of Commerce registration certificate and you will have to fill in a specific form together with the documents certifying the existence of the breeding facilities so as to apply the specific charge in compliance with the regulation in force.

 

3. Water service transfer

When moving house, for the registration of transfer you will simply need an ID card and fiscal code, upon cancellation of the previous user.
This can also be done on the phone, calling the free number 800.017476.

4. Personal data variation

Any variations regarding your address or other personal data can be communicated:

  • At the front office
  • By written communication, including customer identification code and a copy of the latest bill                                        ‚Äč

5. Account variation

All variations on the type of account from the original contract must be regulated by signing a new contract. The procedure can be done by telephone, calling the free number 800.017476.

6. Account termination

The account termination can be carried out:

  • At the front office
  • By telephone (800.017476), communicating customer code and meter number to the operator
  • By written communication, including customer identification code

7. Meter reading

Meter Reading is an important new service, active 24/7, offered to our customers. You can communicate your meter readings with a simple phone call and no added charges.

  • Make a note of your meter reading
  • Keep your latest bill handy, where you can find the service identification code (on the back in the upper-left corner)
  • Call the free number 800.017476, access the section for water and select the Meter Reading service
  • The automatic operator will guide you step by step during the data input process
