Side Sewer Permit

For a new connection to the sewer network, you need to fill in the forms available in this section and return them via mail or to our offices. See the page Office Hours.

Household use

Upon request for a supply connection you will be contacted by our technicians for a visit to agree upon the modality of the installation. A cost estimate will be sent via mail; once the payment is finalized we will proceed with the work.

The subsequent activation of the wastewater draining system for household use is subject to obtaining the side sewer permit, which can be obtained by filling in and returning the following forms.

• Household wastewater sawer form 
• Assimilated domestic water sewer form
• Tax stamp declaration

You can request a preliminary assessment on the admission of your sewer system to the public sewer network by filling in and returning the following form.

• Request for sewer scheme form

Every year owners of private wells or pumping wells as an alternative to the public water supply system must return the self-declaration indicating the amount of wastewater drained into the public sewers for the previous year to Acque Bresciane S.r.l. by 31st March.

• Self-declaration for domestic water

Industrial use

The activation of the wastewater sewer system for industrial use is subject to obtaining the consent, issued by ATO (Territorial Authority) of Brescia, (Local Authority Water Board) of Brescia, which can be requested by submitting the following form.

• Industrial wastewater discharge form
• Industrial water fee

The activation of the wastewater sewer system for industrial use is subject to obtaining the consent issued by Società Acque Bresciane S.r.l.. The activation must be specifically requested by submitting the following form:

• Request form for industrial discharge into the sewer system

To request the registration of the transfer of a side sewer permit for industrial use you will need to contact the Local Authority Water Board.

Every year customers of non-household accounts must return the self-declaration indicating the amount of wastewater drained into the public sewer system for the previous year to Acque Bresciane S.r.l. by 28th February.
