With resolution n. 2 of 8th May 2009, The Territorial Authority for the Province of Brescia approved the Regulation and its annexes regarding the Integrated Water Service.
Said Regulation is binding for Providers, Municipalities and Customers and replaces any previous applied local regulations defined by the Municipalities and/or Providers.
The Regulation and its annexes determine definite procedures for the authorization of industrial waste water drainage into the public sewerage system, the forms which must be used to apply, and specific instructions for the granting of waivers to the limit of industrial waste water drainage.
The Regulation disciplines the service, with particular regard to the general rules of water supply, sewerage and purification, the technical standards of the connections, the procedures of admission and authorization of water waste drainage into the public sewer and the administrative management of the service.
