Service Charter and ATO (Local Authority Water Board)
With resolution n. 2 of 8th May 2009, the Local Authority Water Board for the Province of Brescia approved the Regulation and its annexes regarding the Integrated Water Service.
Said Regulation is binding for Providers, Municipalities and Customers and replaces any previous applied local regulations defined by the Municipalities and/or Providers.
The Regulation and its annexes determine definite procedures for the authorization of industrial wastewater drainage into the public sewer system. It also indicates the necessary application forms and specific instructions for the granting of waivers to the limit of industrial wastewater drainage.
The Regulation disciplines the service, with particular regard to the general rules of the water supply, sewer network and wastewater treatment, technical standards of the connections, procedures of admission and authorization of wastewater drainage into the public sewer and administrative management of the service.
The Regulation also guarantees a uniform procedure in order for the Integrated Water Service to be more practical and user-friendly, to determine equal treatment between provider and user, to promote and favor a correct and functional water use and the optimization of the infrastructure.
Moreover, it determines the connection fees, already regulated by the Board of Directors following the proxy by the Shareholders’ Meeting, as well as the charges for industrial wastewater drainage into the public sewer system.

Local Authority Water Board REGULATION regarding the Integrated Water Service in the Province of Brescia
With resolution n. 3 of 8th May 2009, the Local Authority Water Board for the Province of Brescia approved the Integrated Water Service Charter.
The Service Charter regulates the service quality standards, both general and specific, which the provider must guarantee to customers according with resolution ARERA 655/2015/R/idr.
