What are the household utilities?
Those registered to a natural person (private) and connected to a single real estate unit. We consider domestic private users also those in residential complexes in which each property unit has its own meter.
If the meter serves more than one property unit (even just two, as in the case of a semi-detached), your use is considered condominium and you can find the information you need in the section Condominium
If your user refers to an activity (commercial, industrial, ...) or a public body, you can find specific procedures and rates in the section Other uses
