You can request a refund using the form that you can download from our website or pick up at the counter, and send it completed to sportelloonline@acquebresciane.it. For amounts of less than 50 Euro you will receive the refund directly on your invoice, while for higher amounts you will receive the refund directly on your current account if you have a standing order, otherwise you will receive a bank draft by post.
