The Integrated Water Service was entrusted to us by resolution 35/2016 of 28/10/2016 of the Provincial Council of Brescia. Our company, a Srl with total public capital, has all the prerequisites, subjective and objective, to ensure full compliance with the so-called "in house providing" model.
We then entered into an agreement with the Brescia Province Area Office to manage the Integrated Water Service in the optimal territorial area of the province of Brescia. We currently manage waterworks, sewerage and purification services in 113 municipalities in the Brescia area, with a catchment area of about 695,000 inhabitants.
Our company applies the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 33/2013, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 97/2016, regarding disclosure and transparency obligations by Companies with full public capital.
