- Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.;
- Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.;
- Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
On November 4 (patron saint of Rovato) and on midweek holidays, the offices will be closed.

The Gardone Val Trompia counter is for former ASVT users and residents of the Trompia Valley only.
