You can also submit the same requests more conveniently by calling the toll-free number 800.017476 Monday through Friday, non-holidays, from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Rovato counters open to the public: 

  • Mondays from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m;
  • Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m;
  • Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

On Nov. 4 (Rovato's patron saint) and midweek holidays the counters will be closed.

On August 5 (Sirmione's patron saint) and midweek holidays the counters will be closed.

The Padenghe sul Garda counter is open to the public:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 3:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday (continued) from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.

On November 22 (Padenghe's patron saint) and midweek holidays the counters will be closed.

The Gardone Val Trompia counter is for former ASVT users and residents of the Trompia Valley only.

The Gardone Val Trompia counter is open to the public:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Throughout the month of April, the counter will also be open on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2 to 4:30 p.m. for billing and bill clarification with the exception of the period from 25/04 to 29/04 inclusive.
