I need to reactivate an existing connection, what documents do I need to submit?

New contracts and contract amendments

The documents required for activation are: 

  • identity card and tax code of the contract holder;
  • meter serial number and, if available, the name or code of the previouse account holder;
  • cadastral data of the property;
  • authorization from the contract holder, if the contract is to be signed by someone other than the holder.
