This is our planning document, with a time horizon extending to 2045, the same as the Industrial Plan and the date on which the concession for the Integrated Water Service of our company will expire. With a view to continuous improvement, in the new edition we have confirmed and expanded the nine macro-objectives included in the Plan, introducing two additional ones: “Sustainable Supply Chain” and “Digital Transformation.”
We introduced these two new objectives to broaden our commitment to more responsible and innovative management, integrating sustainability across the entire value chain and leveraging the opportunities offered by digital transformation.
Some 2045 targets have also been revised and additional KPIs introduced, in order to take into account the commitments the company has made over the past five years and the new targets it has set itself. From the very title, Every Drop Counts, the document reflects our purpose and sets out eleven ambitious objectives, linked to 56 indicators.
Each year, the Sustainability Report—now the Integrated Report—accounts for the results achieved and sets objectives for the following year.
