How to apply for revocation?
ARERA (the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment) has introduced, with Resolution 609/2021, an important change for the management of water consumption in condominiums: water service providers must provide a calculation tool to transparently and correctly divide the amounts billed among indirect users according to the criteria established by TICSI.
Who are “indirect users”?
They are the end users of the water service in a condominium, i.e. the individual property units covered by the contract for the supply of one or more integrated water services.
The tool allows you to:
- Enter data for each unit (type of user, consumption, number of inhabitants for domestic users);
- Independently calculate the amount due for each property unit;
- Apply TICSI criteria for the correct allocation of amounts;
- Export the result in an easily accessible format.
The tool is accessible to all interested parties, in particular:
- Condominium administrators;
- Condominium user representatives;
- Individual indirect users;
- Accounting companies
