Measuring ourselves against international standards is the best way to grow and improve. That's why we work every day to adopt and maintain various certifications.  
With the aim of implementing sustainable development policies, improving process performance, and improving safety performance, we have adopted the Integrated Quality, Environment Health and Safety Management System.

The Integrated System is based on management standards that represent the state of the art in organizational models referring to:

• business management in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard;
• environmental management in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standard;
• occupational health and safety management in accordance with the UNI ISO 45001:2018 standard.

We have also implemented and had our corporate social responsibility management system certified in accordance with the requirements of SA8000®:2014, to better enhance our ethical commitment and systemically manage aspects such as:

• child labor,
• forced or compulsory labor,
• health and safety,
• freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining,
• discrimination,
• disciplinary practices,
• working hours,
• remuneration,
• management system.

By adhering to this standard, we want to strengthen our commitment to comply with the rules of labor ethics and working conditions, countering exploitative labor practices and discrimination both internally and by promoting them among our suppliers.

During 2023, we started the project of implementing and certifying the gender equality management system according to the UNI PdR 125:2022 reference practice, and passed the audit conducted by the accredited body Bureau Veritas by a wide margin.The gender equality management system involves the structuring and adoption of performance indicators inherent in gender policies, with the aim of measuring, reporting and evaluating gender-related data, closing any existing gaps and producing sustainable and lasting change in our Organization.

Quality, environmental, health and safety and corporate social responsibility management systems are applied at all our locations.

To ensure transparency and traceability for all users, we have our management systems certified by accredited, internationally recognized third-party bodies that periodically conduct inspections and consistently verify compliance with the requirements of the standards over time.

The integrated Quality, Environment and Health and Safety system is certified by Certiquality S.r.l., a certification body accredited by the Single National Accreditation Body ACCREDIA.

The management system for corporate social responsibility is certified by IMQ, which operates under the auspices of IQNET, which in turn is accredited by SAAS.

The management system for gender equality UNI PdR 125:2022 is certified by Bureau Veritas Italia S.p.A., a certification body accredited by the Single National Accreditation Body ACCREDIA.
