What does the Integrated Water Service bill include?
The bill shows the amounts due for three separate services: water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment. Where these services are provided by different operators, the bill is issued by the water supply operator and includes the amounts notified by the other operator(s).

Who sets water service tariffs?
Tariffs are not set by the operators. They are determined according to criteria laid down by the national Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (ARERA) and by the local Authority (AATO of Brescia). The Steering and Control Committee may also approve or reject the tariffs proposed by the Operator.
Tariffs must cover:
- the individual customer's consumption
- maintenance, expansion and renewal works that ensure service continuity and quality, health protection and environmental sustainability
- planned and completed investments, which are verified by the Authorities themselves
