Readings

Meter reading is the procedure that verifies the actual consumption of each user. You can find the minimum number of attempts, calculated on your average historical consumption, on your bill. 

If your meter is located inside the house, on private property or in any other place not directly reachable by the meter readers, you will receive a notice through the contact channel you have indicated as your preferred (email or sms).
If you have not yet communicated your preferred contact channel, you can do so in the online counter area.
The date we will notify you of cannot be changed. If the meter-reader cannot be found, he will leave a notice with instructions for self-reading, which must be carried out within 7 days.

For meters located outside the property, on the other hand, the person in charge will take the reading without having to give you advance notice or contact you.

The reading is free of charge and the person in charge, who has an identification card, is not authorised to ask for or receive payment.
